The Maharaja Broadcasting Network (Pvt) Ltd (MTV and MBC) responding to the plaint by Sri Lanka Rupavahini Cooperation (SLRC) filed an answer through Counsel G.G. Arulpragsam yesterday, counter-suing the State body for Rs 500 million in damages.
MTV Channel (Pvt.) Ltd. and the MBC Networks (Pvt.) Ltd. filed their answer today through their lawyer Attorney-at-Law G.G. Arulpragasam to the plaint filed by Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation - counter suing for Rs. 500 million as damages.
