COLOMBO (News 1st): The Government of Sri Lanka has decided to establish COVID-19 treatment centres surrounding hotels where tourists are staying, Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) said. Tourists who are confirmed positive for the virus will be referred for treatment at these centres
