Former Secretary of the Sri Lanka Cricket Interim Committee, Nishantha Ranatunge cannot contest for the Cricket Board at the elections scheduled to be held on January 3rd, although he is being backed by parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, a senior Sports Ministry official said.
